We were thrilled with the upgrade we received during our stay at Park Hyatt. Although there was a slight miscommunication about the upgrade and it wasn't the room we expected, the hotel staff quickly apologized and offered loyalty points as compensation. The location and ambience of the hotel were perfect, and the rooftop bar provided a great view. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, especially the Concierge. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel with extremely helpful and attentive staff. It just 'fits'.

To sum it up the best hotel we ever stayed in. Staff are fantastic so professional. The breakfast was top class. We couldn't fault any part of our stay there it was magnificient.

This hotel is way overrated, it doesn't deserve to be 5 stars, many 4 stars hotels In toronto are better and less expansive, - my resrvation by Booked.net wasn't there when i arrived And this seems to be the rule with this hotel( read previouse reviews) - they don't have coffee mech in the room, these days even 2 stars hotels offer coffee mech! - in short: if you are looking for 5 stars experience choose other hotel

$40 a night for parking, but it is valet...

The Park Hyatt took the cake with their exceptional service, spacious suite, and delightful concierge. The location was prime, with upscale shops and attractions just steps away. The staff was amazing, especially with kids, and the rooftop bar and spa were unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Hard to think of anything.

When we arrived and there was no record of our booking. After a few minutes, they told me they did have a room fortunately. They never told me why they did not have the booking on file, but did manage to charge my Visa from the booking. I am waiting to see if I have been charged twice for the same room.

room was clean

i did not anticipate being woken up at 7 in the morning by a constant drilling outside and i mean loud! as in they are demolishing/remodeling the building across the street and quite frankly it made it unbearable to stay there

Located close to St George's train station, this hotel has a great location to explore the city as most attractions are easily accessible by bus or metro. The efficient service and well-maintained "old tower" add to the charm. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, with spotlessly clean bathrooms. The breakfast is amazing, with fresh and wholesome options, and the view from the rooftop bar is breathtaking.

It is a bit corporate - normally I would stay somewhere a little smaller and more 'boutique/individual' but we were there for a wedding so it made sense to stay there.

Jo in your bar on the roof was superb. Knowledgeable on surrounding areas and warm friendly approach. Comfortable beds and lovely shower! Views were great and tea with bagels delivered to room in morning were fresh and yummy

No tea and coffee facilities in room. Previously stayed at Westin Prince Hotel before and Holiday Inn by the Falls, Niagara and although different standards, both offered tea and coffee in room. There should be separate entrance to Spa as walking through busy lobby in bathrobes not ideal for this standard hotel.
